Pupil Leadership

At Winterslow, we believe that pupil voice is fundamental in ensuring a school that puts pupils' at its heart. We have several pupil leadership groups which we encourage children to participate in. 

Each group is responsible for selecting and driving an area of school improvement each year. Staff and pupils hold regular meetings to review developments and make manageable steps to success. Pupil leadership newsletters are shared with our school community once a term.
