The Winterslow experience goes beyond our sparkly and challenging curriculum to ensure the children not only benefit from the best teaching and learning but have access to plenty of opportunities to uncover their interests and talents.
We are fortunate to have a vast choice of incredible places to visit not far from Salisbury, whilst we also maximise what our locality has to offer, such as:
The Roche Court Sculpture
Lockerley Estate
Riverbourne Farm
Finkley Down Farm
Bentley Woods
We regularly organise enrichment experiences for small groups of children, tailored to their interests. Some children have recently visited the farm at the Lockerley Estate to plant hedges and see new born lambs. We also have regular weekly visits to Riverbourne Farm where the children get to help take care of the animals. Upcoming trips have been organised to Bentley Woods and Finkley Down Farm.
Winterslow is a community focused parish, which is reflected in its Parish Council & Community Website.

We are so lucky to utilise this incredible sculpture park right on our doorstep in Winterslow. The gardens host an incredible selection of sculptures and our children love our visits to the centre.
Specialising in 20th and 21st-century art, the New Art Centre is a commercial gallery at Roche Court Sculpture Park.
Set within the rolling Wiltshire countryside, sculpture is sited in the gardens, together with further works exhibited in our award-winning contemporary indoor spaces.
