Dear families,
We are delighted to share with you the report from of our recent SIAMs (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) inspection. The report reflects the strong Christian vision ‘Explore, Discover, Sparkle- as light of the world’ that is at the heart of our school community and how this vision is deeply embedded and lived out daily by both staff and pupils.
A key highlight of the report is the recognition of our culture of compassion and wellbeing, which is central to our school’s ethos. The leadership team ensure that this is modelled at all levels, creating an environment where families feel understood, staff feel trusted, and pupils are able to thrive. The inspector also highlights how happy, confident, and caring our pupils are, with a strong belief that they can make a real difference in the world.
The report celebrates that staff are relentless in their pursuit to discover the best way to develop individual ‘sparkle’ and through our inclusive curriculum offer, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to sparkle and flourish, regardless of their gifts or challenges.
There is much to celebrate in this report and we are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. We will continue to build upon this foundation to ensure that our school remains a place where both adults and children thrive in a supportive, caring, and inspiring environment.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
Kind Regards,
Kate Malcolm
